Due to an established relationship, Hubbard Consulting or any employee thereof is unable to accept or provide services for any case or situation that involves any health system or any of it's affiliated businesses or companies in which there is an employment agreement or business agreement for services. Any request for services to Hubbard Consulting will be reviewed to ensure that no conflict exists.  This review for potential conflict will be at no charge and a business relationship will not exist until the review is complete and it is clear that no conflict of interest exists.
